WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Staurday 10:00/19:00h and the shipping costs are free. After payment confirmation, you will receive an email as soon as the order is ready for collection at the selected store.
To pick up an order, you will need to present an identification document (Citizen Card, Identity Card or Passport) as well as the order number.

Shipping Fees  

Unlimited weight:

Express Shipment Portugal (2-4 business days) -> 5€

Normal Shipment Europe (up to 7 business days) ->6.5€ (No tracking)

Express Shipment Europe (up to 5 business days) -> 9€

Shipments made via CTT, in the case of normal mail there will be no tracking of the order.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer Europe shipping.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over wich we have no control. If such case apply, you are responsible for compyling with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional cost or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
